In IPE, all electronic, mechanical and industrial engineers are working closely with our suppliers' technicians together, who are providing our customers with a suite of engineering services necessary to develop and manufacture high quality products in a timely and economical fashion.
Our engineers use softwares, like as UG NX, Pro/E, SolidWorks, AutoCad, and Altium Designer, to ensure that product designs meet the specifications provided by our valued customers.
To keep engineering projects on-time and within budget, IPE leverages its IS0 9001project management process that clearly identifies milestones, dependencies, critical path tasks, deliverables, task owners, etc. and reviews this project plan on a frequent basis with the customer until the project is completed. The engineering team leads a number of initiatives including: IPC-A-610 workmanship training and process improvement (class II & III); preventative maintenance program (TPM) on all manufacturing, inspection and test equipment; Cpk process capability analysis on new customer products; and environmental protection and safety throughout the facility.

Manufacturing Process Design – including line balancing, tooling, fixtures, inspection and quality planning

PCB Layout – schematics (Gerber files) provided by customer partner
Alternative Component Sourcing – for local purchase and cost reduction
